NMN is a three-layer composite insulating paper, of which the outer two layers are Nomex insulating paper of DuPont company and the inner layer is Mylar polyester film. This material has the good temperature resistance, tensile tear resistance of Nomex and the good dielectric strength and mechanical properties of polyester film. It is suitable for the inter slot insulation, inter turn insulation and pad insulation of class F and H motors. Insulation grade: Class F (155 ℃) & Class H (180 ℃)
The NMN composite die has an inner diameter of 3 inches and can be supplied in rolls or cut into reels or sheets. NMN is about 60-70kg per roll. The length depends on the customer's requirements, and the width can be from 3.5mm to 914mm. NMN shall be stored in a dry and clean warehouse below 0 ℃ and shall not be close to fire source, heat source or direct sunlight.
