CREM-PUCT-102 is a conductive water-based polyurethane paste formulated with water-based polyurethane adhesive as the base resin, blended with carbon composite powders featuring outstanding heat resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.
This product can air-dry naturally, and heating accelerates film-forming speed. It forms a non-elastic film after curing, and is suitable for applications without electrical insulation requirements.
The material boasts excellent gloss and color retention, water resistance and chemical resistance, fast drying speed and easy construction; it allows convenient overcoating and rework. The resulting coating delivers superior fullness, hardness, solvent resistance and weather resistance, together with favorable electromagnetic shielding performance. It exhibits exceptional adhesion to various metallic and non-metallic substrates.
