Product description
CR TMEM-SA-604L is a thermally and electrically conductive organic silicone adhesive mainly composed of organic silicone binder incorporated with powder fillers featuring outstanding heat resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. It is designed for applications with no electrical insulation requirements.
Thanks to its unique grain orientation and lamellar structure, products of this series can closely conform to various contact surfaces to maximize thermal conduction efficiency. It boasts ultra-high adhesion to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic substrates.
Full curing can be achieved at 150°C within 10 minutes, and the curing time shortens as temperature rises. This product is completely non-toxic, eco-friendly and RoHS compliant.
