Product description
CRTM-SPotting-2080 Silicone Insulating Thermal Potting Compound is a low-viscosity two-component addition-cure silicone thermal potting material. It cures at room temperature or under heating conditions, featuring faster curing speed at higher temperatures. The product fully complies with the EU RoHS Directive.
In addition to its high thermal conductivity, this material boasts a low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent electrical insulation performance. It delivers outstanding fluidity and leveling properties before curing. After complete curing, it will not separate from protective enclosures even under repeated cold and hot cycling conditions.
