CR TM-SPA-2200W is a silicone insulating potting compound mainly made from silicone adhesive, incorporated with powder materials featuring outstanding heat resistance, insulation and thermal conductivity. It delivers excellent thermal conductivity and adhesion performance for electronic devices. It can cure at high temperature and achieves high hardness after curing. Once cured, it closely fits the contact surfaces to reduce thermal resistance, and features high adhesion to various metallic and non-metallic surfaces. It has superior flowability and uniformity before curing. After curing, the product will not detach from the protective housing under alternating hot and cold conditions.
