CRTM-SGrease-1430 silicone insulating thermal grease is formulated with silicone oil as the base polymer, filled with multiple high-performance ceramic composite powders.
The product features low viscosity, enabling tight contact between the surfaces of electronic components to be cooled and heat sinks, which reduces thermal resistance. It rapidly and effectively lowers the temperature of electronic components, extending their service life and improving operational reliability.
In addition to electrical insulation and low thermal resistance, the material generates no mechanical stress during application and forms an ultra-thin interfacial layer. It maintains high stability within the temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, with outstanding weather resistance and radiation resistance.

Usage Instructions：
Ensure all surfaces to be in contact with thermal grease are clean and dry.
Apply a thin, uniform layer of thermal grease to the flat surface of electronic components or heat sinks.
Press the electronic component firmly against the heat sink to form an ultra-thin grease interface between the two flat surfaces.
Secure the heat sink completely.
