CR TM-SFGrease-1300 is a non-silicone thermal grease formulated with an oil base and high thermal conductivity. Its excellent thixotropy prevents self-flowing during dispensing or screen printing, eliminating extra difficulties in application. Superior wettability enables it to fully fill contact interfaces to minimize interfacial thermal resistance. After component assembly, it achieves good wetting on both mating surfaces and reduces the system contact thermal resistance. Its relatively low viscosity supports fast, large-area screen printing or stencil printing. The non-silicone polymer matrix makes it suitable for applications sensitive to silicone contamination. It delivers reliable performance with low tendency for oil bleeding, drying or hardening, and is widely used for high-power components including CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, Northbridge chips, IGBTs and other heat-generating devices.
