CR TM-SGrease-1500 Silicone Insulating Thermal Grease is formulated with silicone oil as the base matrix and filled with multiple high-performance ceramic composite powders. Featuring low viscosity, this product enables intimate contact between the surfaces of electronic components to be cooled and heat sinks, reducing thermal resistance. It can rapidly and effectively lower the temperature of electronic components, thereby extending service life and improving reliability. In addition to electrical insulation and low thermal resistance, the product induces no stress during application and achieves an ultra-thin interface thickness. It maintains high stability within the temperature range of -60℃ ~ 200℃, and exhibits outstanding weather resistance and radiation resistance.

Instructions for Use:
Surfaces in contact with the thermal grease must be clean and dry.
Apply a thin, uniform layer of thermal grease onto the flat surface of electronic components or heat sinks.
Press the electronic component firmly against the flat surface of the heat sink to form an ultra-thin interface layer of thermal grease between the two surfaces.
Secure the heat sink.
