CR TM-SGrease-1300L is a silicone insulating thermal grease formulated with silicone oil as the base material and filled with multiple high-performance ceramic composite powders. Featuring low viscosity, this product enables intimate contact between the surfaces of electronic components to be cooled and heat sinks to reduce thermal resistance. It can rapidly and effectively lower the temperature of electronic components, extending their service life and improving reliability. In addition to insulation and low thermal resistance, the product imposes no stress during application and allows an extremely thin interface thickness. It maintains high stability within the temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, with excellent weather resistance and radiation resistance.

Applications:
Surfaces to be contacted with thermal grease must be clean and dry.
Apply a thin, uniform layer of thermal grease onto the flat surface of electronic components or heat sinks.
Press the electronic component firmly against the heat sink to form an extremely thin interface of thermal grease between the two flat surfaces.
Secure the heat sink.
