Product description
CR EMEA-1212 is a two-component epoxy conductive adhesive formulated with epoxy resin as the base glue and conductive fillers.
This product can be cured at room temperature or under heating; higher curing temperatures correspond to shorter curing times.
After curing, it delivers excellent adhesion to various metallic and non-metallic substrates while maintaining favorable electrical conductivity.
It features a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which effectively relieves destructive thermal stress generated in electronic components during temperature fluctuations in operation.
Its curing system boasts outstanding non-toxic properties, and special treatment of solder joints and coatings is generally unnecessary.
