Epoxy Ni/C Conductive Adhesive
Product description
CR EMEA-1212 is a two-part epoxy conductive adhesive made of epoxy resin as base glue and adding nickel-coated graphite powder material. Room temperature or heat curing, the higher the curing temperature, the shorter the curing time. After curing, it has excellent adhesion to various metal and non-metal surfaces, and has good electrical conductivity. This product also has the characteristics of low thermal expansion rate, which more effectively eliminates the destructive effect of electronic components due to changes in operating temperature. The curing system of this product has excellent anti-toxicity, and in general, no special treatment for solder and coatings is required.
