Product description
CREMEA-1212R is a two-component electrically conductive epoxy adhesive, formulated with epoxy resin as the base matrix and loaded with conductive fillers.
This product can be cured at room temperature or under heated conditions; higher curing temperatures reduce the required curing duration. After full crosslinking, it delivers exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic surfaces while maintaining reliable electrical conductivity.
It features a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which effectively eliminates destructive thermal stress on electronic components caused by fluctuating operating temperatures. Its curing system is non-toxic, and special pretreatment of solder joints and coatings is generally unnecessary.
