HTV Silicone Ni/C Conductive Glue
Product description
CR EMSG-121 series is conductive glue with medium hardness and good shielding effectiveness, made of nickel-coated graphite as conductive powder and silicone adhesive as base gum. Available in one-part and two-parts. It can be formed by FIP dispensing process. With low viscosity, it can guarantee short production cycle on any type of dispenser. At 150℃, it can be fully cured in 30 minutes, and the curing time shortens with the increase of temperature.
