Product description
CR SWP-1005G is a one-component silicone waterproof sealant (also referred to as high-temperature curing silicone adhesive).
This product features ultra-flexible properties and is specially designed for the Formed-In-Place (FIP) process. It is compatible with precision dispensing machines, and particularly suitable for high-speed continuous operation on industrial production lines.
It maintains long-term performance stability under harsh environments including extreme cold, high temperature, humid heat, UV radiation and ozone erosion, and offers a wide operating temperature range.
This product is widely used for waterproof encapsulation of housings and substrates of wireless communication devices such as repeaters, mobile phones, PDAs and MP3 players. It is especially applicable to precision electronics protection fields that require resistance to dynamic deformation and high-frequency vibration.
