CR SWP-1015L is a one-component silicone waterproof sealant (also known as high-temperature curable silicone adhesive).
With ultra-flexible properties, this product is specially developed for the Formed-In-Place (FIP) process. It matches precision dispensers for gluing, and is especially ideal for high-speed continuous production on industrial assembly lines.
It sustains stable long-term performance under harsh conditions including extreme cold, high temperature, humid heat, UV radiation and ozone corrosion, and features a broad operating temperature range.
This product is widely adopted for waterproof encapsulation of housings and base materials of wireless communication devices such as repeaters, mobile phones, PDAs and MP3 players. It is particularly suitable for precision electronic protection scenarios that demand resistance to dynamic deformation and high-frequency vibration.
