Product CR EMSA-1512 is a special silicone electrically conductive adhesive formulated with silicone adhesive as the primary raw material and blended with carbon composite fillers, delivering outstanding heat resistance and superior electrical conductivity.
It is suitable for working scenarios that do not require electrical insulation. Thanks to its unique particle orientation and spherical filler structure, this product series can closely conform to various contact surfaces, thus maximizing its electrical conductive performance. It features extremely high adhesion to diverse metallic and non-metallic surfaces.
Full curing can be completed within 10 minutes at 150°C, and the required curing time shortens as temperature rises. All products of this series are completely non-toxic eco-friendly green materials, fully compliant with RoHS environmental directives.
