CREMEA-1612 is a two-component electrically conductive epoxy adhesive formulated with epoxy resin as the base binder and filled with pure silver powder.
This product can be cured at room temperature or under heating; higher curing temperatures shorten the required curing time. It is specially engineered for bonding metals, ceramics and plastics of electronic components, delivering outstanding performance in applications requiring robust bonding alongside electrical and thermal conductivity. After curing, it exhibits exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic surfaces while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity.
This product also features well-matched coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), which effectively eliminates destructive internal stress generated in electronic components due to operating temperature fluctuations. The curing system is highly non-toxic, and special pretreatment of solder joints and coatings is generally unnecessary.
