Product description
CR EMSP-1512 is a dedicated electrically conductive silicone potting compound for wires and cables. It is formulated with silicone adhesive as the base material, incorporated with conductive fillers featuring outstanding heat resistance and excellent electrical conductivity.
It is suitable for application scenarios without electrical insulation requirements. This product series features low viscosity and superior leveling property, and delivers extremely strong adhesion to a wide range of metallic and non-metallic surfaces after curing.
It can be fully cured within 30 minutes at 150°C; higher curing temperatures shorten the required curing time. Non-toxic and harmless, this product is an eco-friendly green material fully compliant with RoHS environmental standards. It supports multiple processing methods including potting, dispensing, conformal coating and impregnation.
