CR TM-SGrease-5888T non-insulating silicone thermal grease is a special material formulated with silicone oil as the base matrix, filled with aluminum powder and ceramic powder of varied particle sizes.
This product enables tight contact between the surface of cooling-required electronic assemblies and heat sinks, effectively reducing thermal impedance and rapidly realizing temperature control of electronic components.
A certain amount of pressure should be applied during application to make the grease flow and fill gaps. In addition to low thermal impedance, it generates no stress during service and maintains an extremely thin interfacial layer.
This series exhibits high stability within the temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, coupled with outstanding weather resistance and radiation resistance.
