CR TM-SFGrease-1350 is a non-silicone thermal grease formulated with lubricating oil base stock and featuring high thermal conductivity. Its superior thixotropy prevents sagging or self-flow during dispensing and screen printing, simplifying construction operations.
Excellent wettability enables full filling of contact interfaces to minimize interfacial thermal resistance. After component assembly, it achieves uniform wetting between two mating surfaces and reduces overall system contact thermal resistance. Its low viscosity is optimized for high-speed large-area screen printing or stencil printing processes.
The non-silicone polymer matrix makes this product compatible with applications sensitive to silicone contamination. It delivers long-term reliable performance with minimal oil separation, drying out or hardening, and is widely used for high-power heat-generating components including CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, northbridge chips, IGBTs and other thermal-emitting devices.
